We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly qualified Personal Assistant to ensure provision of administrative management and technical support to the Country Director for the efficient and effective management of operations and resources.  
 
Contract type: - fixed term
 
Location: Harare 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Provides administrative, secretarial and office management support to the Country Director;
  • Organizes, updates and synchronizes the Country Director’s diary;
  • Organizes and coordinates key meetings for internal and external stakeholders
  • Serves as Secretary to the Senior Management Team and the Procurement Committee.
  • Critically reviews and summarizes targeted documents and reports (e.g. call for proposals) 
  • Monitors the use of the organization’s assets and consumables.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need:

 
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of professional experience providing support to Senior Management teams, experience working with development and fundraising programs will be an added advantage. 
 
Required Skills and Competencies
A proven ability to portray a good image of an organization as well as ability to conduct research and present data in a well written manner.  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, partners and donors including exposure to work within a wide network organization. Ability to work independently professional discretion and excellent communication skills. Identifies and aligns with the core values of the WWF organization: Courage, Integrity, Respect & Collaboration.
